Job Summary
The Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) Manager is responsible for configuring, implementing, executing, monitoring, and terminating contracts as part of the Contract Lifecycle Management solution. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, process knowledge, and attention to detail. You will be responsible to participating in contract negotiations, RFPs, and continually monitor the business activities to ensure services are being invoiced correctly. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent business/systems acumen, and experience in program management or related field. The position will report directly to the General Manager.
Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in RFPs to ensure business solutions are properly being accounted for
2. Configuration & Implementation (80%)
3. Serve as the business leader for the 6 stages of contract lifecycle management:
4. Contract Initiation
5. Contract Creation and Negotiation
6. Contract Approval
7. Contract Execution
8. Contract Monitoring and Management
9. Contract Renewal or Termination
10. Managing RFP responses and financial models for RFP’s and new contracts
11. Review business changes to ensure proper billing points are still in place.
12. Periodically review contracts and invoices to ensure all activities are being invoiced properly
13. Participate in RFPs and business changes to ensure proper Activity Based Pricing (ABP) are in place
14. Ensure all current and future pricing is accurately reflected (ABP) and billed correctly to clients
15. Collaborate with operations and finance leadership team to review monthly invoicing activities
16. Participate in the onboarding new business and clients
17. Responsible for maintaining ABP pricing in accordance with client contract requirements
18. Maintenance & Support (20%)
19. Responsible for managing and resolving identified invoicing issues from users
20. Prepare reports for leadership
21. Work with Salesforce Administration team to ensure timely updates to the CLM managed package
22. Monitor ABP activities to ensure proper invoicing is obtained
Basis Qualifications
23. 5 years of relevant program management, project management experience, and/or system administration
24. Solid understanding of the DCC operations
25. Ability to collaborate with multiple channels within the company and externally with client.
26. Advance knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office Suite.
27. Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally.
28. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and high level internal leaders.
29. Must perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-office work environment. In addition, the ability to prioritize, plan, deal with difficult situations and effectively communicate orally and in written form is essential to the success of this position.

33. Ability to manage direct report(s)
34. Keen interest in technology and process improvement
35. Insurance industry experience and product knowledge
36. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of a project lifecycle

Pay Range:
$84,100.00 - $140,500.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
