The Role: We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join us at our beach side restaurant within Lepe Country Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in this modern, light-filled space serving good mood food and the best fish and chips this side of the New Forest National Park. Think hearty breakfasts, great coffee and freshly made food using locally sourced ingredients. About You: • You will have a successful track record in the kitchen with good food preparation skills • You will have a basic understanding of food safety management and stock control • You will have a keen eye for detail and immaculate personal presentation • You will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do • You will have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work well under pressure, and deal calmly with unexpected situations • You will be enthusiastic, self-motivating and demonstrate a passion for preparing, cooking and serving great food Full training will be provided.
