Our client is a global investment bank, looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to their Employee Relations (ER) team in London.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of ER/Employment matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, litigation case management, and overseeing restructuring or reorganisations, performance management, as well as projects related to M&A activities and regulatory changes.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 3-5 years' PQE, with In-House experience gained at a Financial Services organisation, and be looking for a front office/ER role.
