The role…
Our finance function is based in Hull and we currently have a vacancy within the HR team. Now is an incredibly exciting time to join and be part of a business that is fast-paced, vibrant and ambitious, with opportunities for everyone to develop and succeed.
Key responsibilities:
* Match up incoming supplier invoices to purchase orders in the procurement tracker.
* Submit invoices with 3 way match (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice) for processing.
* Preparation of payment schedules to deadline.
* Communicate with suppliers to enforce ‘No Pay, No Pay’ policy.
* Query resolution.
* Develop Preferred Supplier list.
* Supplier Statement reconciliations.
* Credit card reconciliation
Role requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* A talent to develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
* Effective organisational and time management skills
