Description
McBains are looking for a third line support engineer to join our London based team.
This is a hybrid 3rd Line Support and Project-based role, providing an opportunity to tackle advanced technical issues while also working on in-depth infrastructure and IT projects. The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies, with the chance to enhance their expertise across critical IT domains.

* Azure: Proven experience with cloud services.
* Microsoft 365 Admin Centre: Strong support and administrative skills.
* Azure Active Directory: Advanced support-level expertise.

* Network Infrastructure Management: Design, support, and manage network infrastructure, including Meraki MX, AP, and switches (Cisco, Meraki, IBM, and VERSA SDWAN).
* 3rd Line Support: Resolve advanced technical issues across systems and applications, acting as an escalation point for complex incidents.
* Project Collaboration: Contribute to the delivery of IT projects, ensuring successful implementation of infrastructure upgrades and new technologies.
