About The Role
RAC are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the Porsche Mobility Programme Team at Porsche Cars Great Britain based in Reading on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).
The Customer Mobility Support Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely and efficient running of the Porsche Mobility Programme.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
The Porsche Customer Relations Hub is powered by RAC and embedded at the Head Quarters of Porsche Cars Great Britain in Reading.
This role will require strong coordination skills to help effectively operate the Porsche Mobility Programme and work in partnership with our key stakeholders including Lease providers, Roadside Assistance, Third-party hire providers, and the Porsche Centre network.
Responsibilities include supporting the administration of the full Mobility Fleet lifecycle, from the initial fleet management, in-life management and billing, and ultimately the fleet disposal and sale. This is a complex area of the business requiring strong administration skills, attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver a quality of service befitting the Porsche brand. Additional project support and collaborative working on new ideas and concepts is also required.
As a Porsche Customer Mobility Support Executive, it will be your responsibility to:
1. Support Business Development manager and internal stakeholders to manage the in-fleet of new vehicles, including co-ordination of vehicle logistics.
2. Collation of new fleet sales orders for third-party lease company.
3. Manage the monthly billing process to Porsche Centres.
4. Work with Porsche Assistance to monitor vehicle usage and implement the de-fleet process as required.
5. Coordinate Monthly vehicle de-fleet with network and internal stakeholders.
6. Pass de-fleet instructions to third party inspection agent and collate results.
7. Build and maintain relationships with the Centre network resolving questions or discrepancies as required.
8. Provide first line contact to Porsche Customer Interaction Centre “PCIC” and Porsche Assistance to solve questions or conflict resolution, escalating to the Business Development Manager as required.
9. Attendance of regular supplier performance and update meeting.
10. Monitoring of KPIs and support in the distribution of MI to relevant stakeholders within the Sales Organisation.
Microsoft Excel skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrated ability to effectively use formulas, charts, and data organisation tools to support business operations.
* Experienced in using Excel to streamline workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day tasks.
