Randstad is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students through strategic behaviour management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
2. Develop and implement behaviour management plans and strategies.
3. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
5. Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
8. Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
9. Eligibility to work in the UK.
