Your new role As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Tracking and retrieving overdue debtor balances as per agreed terms. Aims to reduce debtor days to align with set targets. Applies best practices in cash collection procedures. Ensures precise allocation and processing of all payments. Keeps a detailed log of all credit control activities. Handles requests for credits or re-issues efficiently. What you'll need to succeed You possess a minimum of 3 years relevant credit control experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You should be accurate, efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed and the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers. You should be able to work independently and have a willingness to take on additional tasks and challenges.
