* Conduct sales reporting and maintain waste management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
* Waste material sampling, test results management in line with legislative and product specific.
* Key account recycling reporting to Directors including Creating monthly reports and attending meetings.
* Key account management reporting and record keeping
* Maintain and control CMS systems and improve.
* Oversee all waste operations.
* Lead your team, with a strong and direct approach, ensuring you maintain company standards and continue to develop your team.
* Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and resolve with a proactive and economically viable solution.
Skills required:
* Experience in Waste Management is essential and WAMITAB competent.
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a non-ferrous metals environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
