Aim of the Guest Services Coordinator role
To provide the personal touch and 5* service to all guests prior to arrival and during their stay, exceeding expectations and maximising revenue opportunities where possible.
Responsibilities of the Guest Services Coordinator role
1. To have full product knowledge of the local area and attractions/activities offered on and offsite
2. Be responsible for taking additional reservations for Chewton Glen including rooms, food and beverage, spa and special events in the absence of Central Reservations
3. To have knowledge of all systems for Chewton Glen for rooms, spa, F&B, special events, activities
4. To carry out 7 day pre-arrival calls for all reservations to ascertain any missing information and to upsell dining, spa and all hotels facilities. Run daily reports to check bookings arriving in 7 days
