Due to an internal promotion we have an amazing opportunity for a HR Adviser to join our fabulous team.
As a generalist HR professional, this is a dream opportunity for you to work in every aspect of the employee life cycle.
You will be able to work remotely; however, the nature of the role requires regular on-site meetings, so you must live within a commutable distance of Peterborough (circa 1 hour) and be comfortable attending our offices on a regular basis as the role dictates.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our small but effective team, with experience building rapport and effective working relationships with customers to achieve results by being innovative, collaborative, and solutions focused, applying HR best practice to truly add value and deliver positive change every day. As our HR Adviser, you will help us to drive operational excellence by providing a responsive customer-focused service.
Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified (or part qualified) at Level 5 or have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
You will work closely with our HR Business Partners, supporting the successful customer-focused delivery of all HR processes, policies, and systems to support and further the needs of the business. Providing comprehensive, pragmatic support to managers and employees, advising on a range of HR matters including recruitment, induction, performance management, absence management, pay and benefits as well as organisational and individual changes to terms and conditions.
