What You'll Do:
As the Marketing Commercial Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial print marketing strategy, ensuring every initiative aligns with our business goals. You will:
* Develop and Drive Strategy: Create and implement the commercial print marketing plan, aligning closely with local business priorities and collaborating with category teams to set quarterly targets. Track and report the impact of these initiatives to showcase results.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with category, sales, channel marketing, omnichannel, and store teams to align 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategies, ensuring unified marketing execution across all platforms and touchpoints.
* Lead Media Campaigns: Brief local media campaigns and programs to our Center of Excellence (COE) teams. Set relevant KPIs, provide strategic feedback on campaign briefs, approve media plans, and consistently review performance reports to drive campaign success.
* Optimize Customer Experience: Enhance the local customer journey across multiple platforms, including hp.com, channel advisors, and partner sites, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
* Creative Asset Leadership: Partner with creative agencies to develop and adapt marketing assets for maximum campaign impact. Ensure HP’s brand and message are consistent and compelling across all channels.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with our Search COE and Media COE teams to design experiments, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven strategies that optimize marketing spend for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
* Budget Management: Take full ownership of the commercial print marketing budget, ensuring full and strategic utilization of quarterly and annual budgets to achieve business goals.
* Event Execution: Organize and lead events that drive lead generation and business outcomes, working closely with the sales team to align on key objectives and results.
* Non-Paid Media Projects: Spearhead non-paid media initiatives to boost brand consideration and conversion rates, collaborating with the Digital Operations team to achieve measurable success.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in marketing. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in marketing and campaign management, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
· Ability to orchestrate and project manage large marketing programs, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
· Demonstrable experience of driving business outcomes through marketing initiatives, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
· Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Ability to design A/B test to continuously improve performance.
· Experience managing marketing budgets.
