As our Employer Engagement Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our company’s employer partnerships. You will spearhead the development and management of strategic relationships with employers, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and value. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our offerings with the needs and goals of our partners, creating win-win scenarios that drive mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
* Identify and cultivate new employer partnerships, leveraging market insights and trends.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our employer network and enhance engagement.
Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
* Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and personalized support.
Customized Solutions
* Work closely with employers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, tailoring our services to meet their specific needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized programs and initiatives that drive partner success.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor and analyse partnership performance, utilising data to drive decisions and optimise strategies.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership progress, outcomes, and future opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
Industry Engagement & Networking
* Represent PeoplePlus at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our reach.
* Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform our partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

The Scheme gives enhanced support for eligible claimants to find jobs, along with personalised support including health and wellbeing advice and a tailored action plan.
Our support ensures that individuals are ready for the right job at the right time. In the first year of the scheme PeoplePlus supported nearly 15,000 people in their search for fresh employment, with nearly 4,000 starting work. We also provide up to 12 months of support for the individual once they have started work.
We are extremely proud to be a Silver accredited Investors in People organisation. This means that at PeoplePlus, the right principles are in place but more than that, it means our people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation can feel the effects.
