Job Description
* Building our in-life communication channels across our 5 business units from onboard through to renewal and resign
* Focussing on generating upsell opportunity through campaigns and product awareness
* Creating Salesforce email templates for our sales staff
* Work with sales and customer support teams to deliver a consistent experience for customers.
* Implement customer retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing.
* Experience in a business-to-business environment (desirable)
* An understanding of Salesforce / Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
* Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
* Some HTML experience or desire to learn
* A natural people person, who will proactively engage and drive content creation across the business and engage with all stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
* Strong team player able to show initiative.
* PC literate, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must.
