All About You Qualifications: Registered healthcare professional with NMC, HCPC, or similar recognised body. Leadership Experience: Proven track record in clinical leadership, ideally with experience managing complex healthcare services in the independent sector. You'll have a strong understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways and system reform Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. You'll have specific knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team. Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with an ability to make strategic decisions, manage risks, and oversee quality improvement initiatives. Commitment to Excellence: Passion for maintaining and raising clinical standards, patient safety, and delivering compassionate care. What Will You Be Doing?
