Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to support students with diverse educational needs. Youll assist in the classroom, provide one:on:one and small group support, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
x1F393; Student Support:
* Offer individualised or small group support, assisting in students academic, social, and emotional development.
* Encourage independent learning and resilience by offering structured activities and personalised guidance.
* Create a nurturing environment that helps boost students confidence and self:esteem.
x1F4DA; Classroom Assistance:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the individual needs of SEN students.
* Help maintain a well:organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring effective communication with the teaching team.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support students during transitions, breaks, and school outings.
* Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
* Uphold the schools commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of students.
Who Were Looking For

* Has experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
