The role:
Are you passionate about CRM systems and ready to take the next step in your career? Our CRM Executive role offers a dynamic mix of coordinating our custom-built Salesforce Sales Cloud, the integrated Pardot marketing platform, and EventsAir, our online meeting-matching system for global B2B trade events.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing the CRM programme across Salesforce and providing support for EventsAir through show cycles. This is more than just a task-oriented role—you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful improvements to our systems, setting up internal teams for success in their daily responsibilities.
Your day-to-day will involve resolving technical issues, maintaining data hygiene, and managing ad-hoc tickets to ensure seamless system functionality. You’ll also collaborate with internal stakeholders, the Head of CRM, and the wider CRM team to deliver impactful CRM projects and event phases.
What you will do:
* Support the management of CRM platforms for all This is Beyond events, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate with the wider CRM team to support and optimise Salesforce and Pardot, focusing on platform efficiency and user experience.
* Assist with forms, phases, and content creation within EventsAir, ensuring timely delivery.
* Manage and resolve ad-hoc tickets for Salesforce, Pardot, and EventsAir, providing technical solutions where necessary.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with technical support teams across platforms as required to ensure minimal downtime.
* Maintain data hygiene across all CRM systems by implementing quality control measures and regular audits.
* Respond promptly to internal support requests, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders.
* Deliver forward-thinking changes to This is Beyond’s CRM platforms, ensuring improvements meet both immediate and long-term needs.
* Monitor and manage the CRM calendar of phases and content delivery, maintaining alignment with event schedules and deadlines.
* Effectively prioritise and manage timescales to deliver projects on time, balancing competing priorities where necessary.
* Work closely with the Head of CRM and the wider CRM team to deliver and execute CRM projects, offering strategic input as required.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and deliver event phases effectively, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
* Effectively prioritise change requests across show teams, ensuring solutions are scalable and benefit all teams in the long term.
What you will need:
* 1-2 years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential.
* Understanding of marketing automation tools such as Pardot is ideal.
* Knowledge of event management platforms advantageous.
* Good analysis and reporting skills.
* Desire to learn and develop Salesforce knowledge and other online event management platforms.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Quick to learn new systems, adept at filtering information, and effective in setting priorities.
* A mindset geared towards holistic approaches and a forward thinking attitude.
* Methodical yet innovative, with a focus on problem-solving and improving practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
* Clear and collaborative communicator with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, during difficult or challenging circumstances.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, whilst remaining flexible as part of a small team.
* Familiarity with the travel and events industry is advantageous.
* If the need arises, willingness to travel globally as required.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
