Experience At least 1 year of bid writing experience, with a proven ability to develop persuasive, client-focused content for tender proposals.
Job Responsibilities Develop compelling bid and proposal content that aligns with business objectives.
Collaborate with bid managers and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies.
Conduct research and gather information to support evidence-based proposals.
Edit and proofread bid responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Participate in bid/no-bid decision-making and strategy meetings.
Mentor junior bid team members to support their development.
Ensure all submissions meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.
Manage multiple bid projects, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
