Job Description
* Record and Monitor student attendance
* Send letters to parents regarding attendance
* Make telephone enquiries
* Work with the SLT to track and monitor attendance
* Manage student records and data
* Work with external facilities on lettings of school property
* Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students
* Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
* Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful School Office Administrator should have:
* A good understanding of office practices and methods
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and school administration software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A high degree of discretion for both business and personal affairs
* Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector
