Responsibilities:
This role is a Full-Time role ideally based in the North West of England, covering areas such as Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool or based in London.
This role is primarily supporting the Retail & Hospitality Division delivering and undertaking unaccredited audits to Retail & Hospitality "own brand" standards across the UK and Ireland with a specific emphasis on auditing within the retail and hospitality sectors.
You will deliver high quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
Through providing effective management your responsibilities will include:
Providing professional support to the Business Support Specialists in Edinburgh.
Completing environmental audits (food safety, health and safety and fire safety audits) in accordance with legal and client driven requirements.
To be fully utilised throughout the year and cost efficient.
To complete audit reports immediately after audit and at the latest hours after site visit but as agreed with the client SLA.
Complete accident investigations as requested by the Business Support Team or H&S Assessor Manager.
To keep colleagues appraised of industry developments.
Strategic Management support for Clients as required.
Review of documents including FSMS, H&S & Training Policies.
Shadow and Witness Audits of Auditors where technical support is given.
To maintain CPD and take on additional training as required.
Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business.
Essential criteria:
Have Level Food Safety & Health & Safety Qualifications.
Have years’ experience in the Food Safety sector.
Have a Lead Auditor Qualification specific to ISOK or ISOK
