We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and proactive individual to join our Retail team as a Relief Shop Manager - East. Based at our Bury St Edmunds Charity Shop the successful candidate will work across our Eastern Retail estate covering the Cambridgeshire, South Norfolk and Suffolk area. With experience in retail management, staff development and team leadership no two days will be the same in this role. Working across multiple sites you will support our shop managers to ensure that our retail estates continue to maximise and achieve their agreed sales targets, playing a vital role in raising the funds to help us to continue to support pets and their people. You will; Ensure maximum stock availability through the effective generation, sourcing and processing of high- quality stock. Maintain continual high standards of shop presentation, back of house operations and customer service. Support Area Managers with recruitment, inductions and management of our shop volunteers. Present and maintain the highest standards of shop and window merchandising and visual layout. Ensure that all financial, cash handling and security policies and procedures are adhered to. If you have demonstrable experience of working in the Charity Retail sector or another retail management sales environment with a personable, hands on commitment to achieving the highest retail standards we would love to hear from you This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £26,878.88 per annum. A flexible approach to working will be required as our shops are open seven days per week.
