Description Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email Resolving customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and professionally. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Scheduling appointments Producing quotes to customers Working closely with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the relevant departments. Participating in product knowledge training and updates to stay informed about our retail offerings. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Profile A successful Customer Service representative should have: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high level of empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Competency in using various forms of technology for customer communication Job Offer A competitive salary range, between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
