Responsibilities: Work with process and quality team to learn and then support the introduction of advanced Continuous Improvement (CI) techniques and methodology (process mapping, process management, Lean Six Sigma) to our function Support the creation of documentation to present findings Work with both the Process and Quality and reporting teams to support the improvement and update of all their systems and documentation Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role you will need: Skills and Experience: Studying for a relevant degree Be on course for a 2.1 degree or above (We will determine whether you're on track for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study) Be an undergraduate university student expecting/ hoping to undertake a work placement in your third year. Must be available to start in July/August 2025. Drive, desire to effect continuous improvement Intermediate Excel skills Intermediate PowerPoint skills High degree of numeracy Willingness to learn Flexible and adaptable approach to work Creative thinking; being able to spot issues and implement solutions.
