I am delighted to inform you of an exciting opportunity within the clinical administration service. The role is a non patient facing role within the Central Admin Hub, providing support to the Community Nursing Service. We have a requirement to fill this essential role to support the needs of the service and clinical teams as soon as possible.
This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week; either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm, dependent on service needs. The role will be hybrid and the successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 20% of their working week from one of various sites within the AireWharfe Community Nursing region (i.e. Haworth, Keighley and Ilkley). The balance between home working and site working will be dependent on the needs of the Community Nursing Services and could change on a weekly basis. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable to meet the needs of the service.

The Administrator role will provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative support to health and social care professionals within a community based or district wide team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in relevant field or equivalent level of Experience (e.g. GCSE A-C or RSA II).
* EDCL or equivalent.
Experience
* Customer service experience (e.g. face to face, answering calls or correspondence).
* Administration/office experience (i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information).
* Providing administrative or secretarial support.
* Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
* Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
* Experience of working autonomously and proactively.
* Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
* Experience of audio typing/digital dictation (e.g. BigHand).
* Previous NHS experience.
* Workflow management experience (e.g. job allocation).
