Temporary Accommodation Manager
My client is currently looking for an experienced Temporary Accommodation Manager who can provide leadership within the Housing Solutions team and manage one of five front line service areas, including line management of staff delivering front line services.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring customer-focused, efficient, and effective delivery of services within the Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement service.
2. Providing leadership within the Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement service.
3. Monitoring own budgets, controlling spend, and achieving savings targets.
4. Monitoring contracts for the delivery of external services.
5. Managing staffing budgets.
6. Working with the Head of Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement to oversee effective administrative processes across service areas, maximizing efficiency from interaction between teams.
