Alliance Homes is a social housing provider with a team of nearly 400 colleagues. We own and manage more than 7,000 homes in North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol and into Somerset.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our non-domestic assets including our offices in Portishead and Weston, community hubs, commercial premises, and multiuse buildings.
Holding a variety of responsibilities, you will lead on commercial site Health & Safety, security, lease management, business continuity, and facilities management. You will also play a key role in creating and enhancing our environmental sustainability efficiencies, which is part of our focused five strategic areas. A truly varied role where each day will be different.
As you will be working with colleagues from across the business to achieve our goals and solve problems, good communication skills with a flexible and proactive approach are essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building services and a technical understanding of asset management. They will also be able to demonstrate involvement in leading large-scale facilities projects, procurements, and managing contractors. Budget management knowledge is also needed.
Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence with access to your own car or the ability to travel across our premises is required.
