Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Our busy Construction Engineering client in the Magherafelt area requires a HR Compliance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and the Global Mobility department to support the requirements of the department. This role will be instrumental in managing visa processes, handling end-to-end applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organised, and possess a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a compliance-like role preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
