We are looking for a new Assistant Property Manager that wants to develop an exciting career with RMG. RMG manages a large property portfolio across the UK – offering a full range of property related services. We also have a vibrant Public Sector Service that works with many Local Authorities. This includes leasing and managing residential properties used by Local Authorities as temporary accommodation for their housing applicants. We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager that is able to work remotely, from home and also from the office. You will also work as part of a small and supportive team. We are looking for the right candidate that has some related experience but is looking to progress in a career in property management. Main Responsibilities To undertake client care and To assist in the co-ordination of work of accounts and property services department to ensure service To work in accordance with the RICs code of conduct, ARMA, TPI and any other governing bodies within the Manage correspondence, cases and phone calls as required. Gradually build experience and knowledge to be able to deal with more complicated queries and provide more support to the Attend meetings/ site visits when Liaise with RMs in the absence of the PM's What are we looking for from you?
