We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our fantastic team based in Belfast City Centre. Duties & Responsibilities Setting up rooms for meetings and rearranging furniture Use of client systems External cleaning duties General porter duties File Management Inspecting office and meeting rooms daily to ensure they are ready for next working day Waste Management Helpdesk Reprographics/Stationery Lead by example, ensuring that all facilities are kept to a very high standard Experience Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner Good interpersonal and organisation skills MS Office Skills Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team The ability to communicate effectively, both over the telephone and face to face Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given Serco is a Disability Confident Employer committed to employing and retaining people with disabilities.
