We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Southend area on Night shifts.
You'll be providing care and support to clients who have a range of needs which may include:
1. Tetraplegia
2. Skeletal disorders
3. Brain Injury
4. Epilepsy
5. Tracheostomy
6. Autism & Challenging Behaviour
7. Pressure sores & treatment
8. Feeding assistance
9. Bowel Management
10. Personal Care
11. Medication Management
Shift pattern for night work 10pm to 7am or 9pm to 9am
We have new clients to support all the time, so if you are looking for regular and consistent work either days or nights in the Southend area and are flexible to work some weekends, please apply.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
