Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for 3 production operatives to join our client based in Swindon.
Previous experience in operating machines and manufacturing essential to apply!!!!
Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 for first 12 weeks with pay £11.86
Monday to Friday rotating shift 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 after 12 weeks with pay £12.25 plus shift allowance.
There will be a pay review in April.
Main duties:
* Operating machinery in safety manner
* Preparing components for further processing
* Reporting equipment faults
* Maintain clean working environment
* Following Operating Procedures
Right candidate:
* Proven previous machining or manufacturing experience
* Strong communication skills written and verbal
* Be able to work towards KPI in safely manner
* Be comfortable to perform repetitive tasks
* Good practical skills
