As a result of this they are now looking to recruit a Service Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proven and now looking to progress and develop their career further. As a Service Engineer, you will take full responsibility for service, maintenance and repair of bespoke machinery. You will be responsible for: • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance activities • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions • Perform repairs and installations of mechanical and electrical systems • Carry out service tasks, including inspections, adjustments, and performance tests • Work with teams to improve processes and operational efficiency • Ensure all planned maintenance is completed on time and in full • Attending breakdowns to resolve issues quickly and effectively • Identifying long term corrective actions on breakdowns to negate recurrence • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations As a skilled and experienced Engineer, you will have honed your expertise within industrial settings and developed a solid understanding of maintaining and servicing industrial equipment, including capital machinery. While an electrical bias is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. The company seeks an Engineer who is flexible and willing to travel extensively across the UK and internationally, with potential trips lasting up to two weeks at a time.
