As the Key Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of a diverse portfolio of merchants. Your mission is to drive revenue targets while crafting and executing innovative opportunity plans for top accounts.

Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Liaison: Act as the primary contact for merchants, expertly managing day-to-day inquiries and swiftly resolving issues.
2. Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery for valued merchants.
3. Business Reviews: Prepare and execute impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
4. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date merchant database and relevant project documentation to ensure business continuity.
5. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with portfolio merchants, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
6. Problem Solving: Serve as the go-to problem solver for partners on matters related to local payments, settlements, payment marketing, and customer success.
Requirements
Qualifications:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred, but experience and results are what truly count.
8. A minimum of 7 years in account management, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of end-to-end delivery from lead generation to revenue success.
9. A self-starter with keen attention to detail and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
10. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong experience in managing both external and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.
12. Background in payments, mobile, e-commerce, website development, or digital technologies is a significant advantage.
