ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Elfie, you will play a vital role in our recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing top 10% global talent across several verticals. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be accountable for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. This position is critical in supporting Elfie's global expansion efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
o Collaborate with senior leadership to create tailored recruitment strategies that align with our expansion goals across Southeast Asia and beyond.
o Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms for proactive candidate sourcing while building a diverse talent pipeline across various regions.
o Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and progress updates.
o Identify areas for process enhancement within the recruitment lifecycle; lead initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
o Cultivate candidate relationships before, during, and after hiring processes, building strong talent pools
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
o Minimum of five years of experience in an in-house recruitment role with a focus on international hiring.
o Proven track record in direct sourcing across multiple countries, particularly within Europe, LATAM, or APAC
o Influencer mindset - we are the expert. You should feel comfortable to push back and clearly set expectations to stakeholders
o Native-level proficiency in written and oral English; additional languages are a plus.
o Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in different timezones simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 11 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, Romania, Mexico and Vietnam), growing to 25 by the end of 2025.
How do we monetize?
We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
1. Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
2. Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.

We have one single NorthStar at Elfie: maximising global health impact. It is a measurable KPI that is a function of the number of lives impacted and the level of impact on each individual. Everybody's KPIs across all departments are aligned with this. All our partnerships and revenue streams are also aligned with this.
