The rate of pay is: - 0 to 12 Weeks, AM / PM / Nights £11.44 per hour Weeks, AM £11.44 per hour, PM £12.58 per hour, Nights £13.44 per hour - 20 Weeks, AM £11.60 per hour, PM £12.74 per hour, Nights £13.60 per hour This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, any 5 days a week including weekends. You will need to be flexible as shifts start 6am, 8am, 10am, 12pm, or 2pm and it depends on volume and there is no fixed shift. As this is a full-time role we are not accepting anyone who is not able to work 40 hours a week. Your Time at Work As a Picker, your duties will include: - Picking items - Building pallets - Working toward targets - Working in a busy environment picking various products - Working in a chilled environment with temperatures ranging from 2C - 8C - Operating manual handling equipment in order to pick items for orders Please note this is a physically demanding job that involves heavy lifting, applicants must be of good health and be physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be physically fit due to working on a busy site for 8 hours a shift. Experience in working on the JDA system is desired but not essential as full training is provided.
