NSS PLUS LTD is an exciting Introductory Agency and Rehab Support service, providing rehabilitation and support to individuals specializing in brain injuries and other neuro-disorders.
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who can help source and recruit individuals across various recruitment platforms and facilitate associates joining cases. Preferably, we seek a Recruitment Resourcer with a background in healthcare recruitment. Our service aims to support rehabilitation and enable people to optimize independence and quality of life.
Basic Job Description:
* Source and select candidates via posting vacancies online, CV searches, headhunting, and other means available.
* Network and advertise to potential candidates.
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
* Interview potential candidates, conducting telephone interviews and any subsequent stages as required.
* Manage 360 recruitment.
* Set up Training and DBS.
* Liaise with a range of people to gather information for the perfect match to our open cases, including finding specific rehabilitation support workers that match the client's requirements.
* Liaise with Case Managers and Clients directly to arrange mutual Meet & Greets.
* Onboard candidates.
* Monitor document renewals.
* Ad hoc duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven (within 2 years) experience in recruitment/administration (preferably healthcare).
* Excellent working knowledge of Google Mail.
* Microsoft OneDrive.
* Word / Excel - especially spreadsheets and formulas.
* Strong internet service/connection.
* Your own laptop or PC computer in a private space to work from.
Hours:
20 Hours per week. We are flexible with start and finish times and would require you to work either:
Monday: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm
Tuesday: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm
Wednesday: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm
Thursday: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm
Friday: 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm
