Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator / Assistant to the Sales Manager to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day sales activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong Excel knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider sales team.
* Process sales orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
* Manage customer accounts, handling queries and ensuring a high level of service.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
* Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking sales performance.
* Create and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
* Knowledge of Excel macros (VBA) would be advantageous for automating processes.
* Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries.
* Support the team with general office duties, including filing and data entry.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in administration or support role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
* Excel macros (VBA) knowledge is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
