In line with our Global strategy and purpose, we have an opportunity for a Business Implementation Manager to join the UK Transformation Programme, the largest business transformation programme at Allianz, it's purpose to harmonize, simplify and scale Allianz assets across the entire Group to the benefit of OEs, employees and, ultimately, customers. About The Role The Business Implementation Manager will ensure that the implementation of the UK Commercial Transformation Programme is successfully managed from a business perspective. This will involve close collaboration with international stakeholders, within Allianz Group as well as wider operating entities. Key Accountabilities: • coordinating with cross-functional teams, to ensure a cohesive implementation process • designing and implementing the organisation, people and process changes that are required to support the business to adopt the changes • ensuring a high-quality service to our brokers and customers is maintained • Managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates to ensure transparency throughout the implementation phase. • considering the impact on existing operations to enable seamless running of old and new platforms until transformation is complete • ensuring the business adapts to a series of implementation deliveries by managing the communications, governance and training required through the transformation • Monitoring the post-implementation environment to ensure the solution is functioning as intended and providing the expected benefits About You Skills & Experience • extensive experience in defining and implementing change into the organisation, including operating model changes and cultural changes • excellent relationship building / influencing skills with stakeholders at a senior level • an understanding of Commercial business activities, including organisation, processes, controls and systems • project delivery, with experience of leading teams and developing individuals • excellent written and verbal communications skills Qualifications • Professionally qualified in Insurance and / or Change Management What We Will Offer You This is an exciting time to join the Transformation Programme, we're in our 3rd year and writing the next chapter, which will revolutionise how we do business in the future.
