The Role - Youth Mentor

We are looking for a committed Youth Mentor to join a dynamic SEMH school immediately! The ideal Youth Mentor will have at least one year of experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, and challenging behaviour. This Youth Mentor role requires adaptability, quick thinking, and the ability to calmly and effectively manage and de-escalate challenging situations.
