Job Overview
This role supports the Assistant Recruitment Manager by ensuring the effective running of recruitment processes within a designated area of the Recruitment Team. Responsibilities include:
1. Producing high-quality recruitment and appointment documentation
2. Supporting quality checks on documentation produced by the Recruitment Team
3. Identifying training needs and contributing to training sessions
4. Producing regular reports to identify data gaps and verifying data accuracy
5. Co-ordinating team workload to meet KPIs and deadlines
6. Conducting 1-1 meetings and PADRs with team members, providing guidance and support
Main Duties
This is an exciting opportunity as a Team Coordinator within the Recruitment Service. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to service improvement, customer-focused, and possess the values and attributes to excel in a supervisory NHS Wales Recruitment Team role. You should be eager to learn, deliver high performance and customer service, and work closely with other Team Coordinators to develop a motivated and engaged team.
Excellent computer, keyboard, and communication skills are essential. If you share our values, can lead by example, and are committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply and demonstrate how you meet the requirements listed in the Person Specification.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
* Essential: Educated to HNC level or equivalent demonstrable experience
* Desirable: Certificate in Personnel Practice
Experience
* Essential: Significant experience in a busy transactional team; experience supervising a team
* Desirable: Experience in a recruitment or workforce team
Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases
* Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication skills
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
* Supportive of team and individual wellbeing
