Job Description
As a Sales Negotiator, your role is to guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure clients feel confident and well-informed at every stage.
The role is full-time and requires experience in the Estate Agent industry. Your work will mainly be in the office, reporting to Head Of Operations, Maria Burns.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle property enquiries and conduct viewings for potential buyers.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
* Provide advice on property values, market trends, and sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Keep clients updated on the progress of their transactions.
* Offer guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
* Proactively generate new business opportunities.
* Refer ancillary services, including mortgage and solicitor leads.
* Attend general meetings and weekly Sales Meetings.
* Stay updated with trends, legislation, and regulations in the property market.
General Responsibilities
* Complete tasks in line with our company values.
* Undertake all offered training and seek development opportunities.
* Encourage customer reviews and share feedback with the team.
* Represent Bentons professionally.
* Familiarize yourself with and adhere to company policies.

Your Experience and Ability
* 2+ years of experience in a premium estate agency or equivalent role.
* Ability to manage difficult customers and situations.
* Experience with Estate Agency software, preferably REAPIT.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in fluent English.
