We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy. Based across all sites, this role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, training, and development. Leading a dedicated HR team, you will also oversee employee relations, benefits reviews, and engagement initiatives to create an outstanding workplace environment. About the role: Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring best practices are followed. Continuously review and enhance job descriptions, appraisal processes, and performance evaluations. Lead on employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management. Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and in line with current legislation. Manage and enhance employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture. Oversee training programs, identifying skills gaps and coordinating learning opportunities. Support apprenticeship and graduate training schemes, ensuring all necessary administration is managed effectively. Maintain HR systems and analyse key HR metrics to inform decision-making. Lead and support the HR team, including the HR Administrator and Employee Engagement Executive. About you: Proven experience in an HR management role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Confident in handling employee relations matters with professionalism and sensitivity. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in training and development, including conducting needs analysis and coordinating learning programs. Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to inform decision-making. Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives. A CIPD qualification or equivalent, along with previous experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
