The company
Our client are an innovative PropTech company. They provide an online auction marketplace and provide their technology to customers and their customers so they can sell online. Due to recent significant growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager to help support customers and the business as it grows.
About the role
Reporting into our Sales Director, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate, with experience of customer success and account management to ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality service and success management.
Our client encourages creative ideas and out of the box thinking. As part of the customer success strategy, you may be required to travel around the UK to attend meetings with your key stakeholders. This is a front facing, customer role, so excellent communication and proactivity are key to your success. You
must be comfortable on the phone, email and working with data. More than anything, you’ll need to be enthusiastic, innovative and keen to get stuck in.
The person we are looking for has
Experience working in B2B customer success essential
Stakeholder management experience essential
Experience of high profile presentations to C-suite and key decision makers essential
Customer success strategic experience is desirable
Experience working within the estate agency sector preferred
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Own car/driving licence preferred. What you get:
