This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and in a calm manner with the team and clients.
The role will include:
1. Answering customer questions
2. Processing orders
3. Handling customer queries
4. Collaborating with other departments
5. Taking ownership of customer issues
6. Building customer relationships
7. Providing customer support
8. Tracking customer jobs and scheduling updates as required
9. Documenting customer interactions accurately onto the system
Skills
This role requires someone who has exceptional organisational, scheduling, and time management skills. You will have strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong IT skills are required, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with strong admin, organisational, and data entry skills. The ideal candidate will also have superb problem-solving skills. Experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing business in an Order Processing or Scheduling position would be advantageous.
This is a full-time and office-based role (NO HYBRID WORK).
Salary: Up to £27,000 P.A.
