A position has opened up for a National Sales & Marketing Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical company specializing in innovative solutions for pediatric care and difficult-to-treat infections. This innovative business has been a pioneer in the industry for over 35 years, offering a portfolio of high-quality products that are trusted by healthcare professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* All materials for congress stands & lead pieces (including sponsorship & logistics)
* Looking after the commercial spend budget
* In charge of the CRM system and training ensuring its rolled out appropriately.
* Generating monthly reports on portfolio for Managing Director
* Day to day running of UK business – time will be split over Sales, Marketing and Business management activities.
* Liaising with the Operations Manager to ensure local depots have sufficient stock levels at all times.
* In the field once or twice a week initially with the KAM’s – plus support with KOL contacts / Developments / Meeting attendance etc.
* This individual will have people managing responsibilities.
* Responsible for more of the strategy for marketing opposed to creating materials.
