FP&A Manager being hired for a leading Pharmaceutical business!
Up to £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits and bonus!
3 days a week in the office (Hybrid)
We are currently supporting a Well-known pharmaceutical business to hire a FP&A manager to join their established finance team. This role will be responsible for important performance analysis, forecasting and reporting to aid the commercial teams in making important business decisions. It will business partner sales, marketing and and operations teams to communicate product and financial trends. It will report directly into the Director of FP&A and their is plenty of progression opportunity across the team and group.
Key responsibilities of the role include;
* Reporting, monitoring of daily sales for UK and Ireland affiliate to stakeholders including reviewing trends at customer/product level.
* Management of non-headcount expenses including departmental reviews, month end postings reporting variance analysis.
* Forecasting and annual budgeting submission. In addition to non-headcount expenses responsibility for facial division which includes
* Co-ordination of bi-monthly bottom-up sales forecasting with the sales teams, followed by leading review(s) with senior leadership team.
* Work cross-functionally and be a key business partner to Sales, Marketing, and the wider affiliate teams.
* Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support to key stakeholders, assisting in evaluating investment opportunities and optimising resource allocation.
In order to succeed in this role the following is need;
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Financial planning and analysis experience is important
* Experience in process improvement
* Good at performing in depth financial analysis.
* Experienced in financial modelling
* Great at building strong working relationships
* Ambitious and proactive attitude
