TMO Test Manager Position in London
This role does not offer sponsorship; therefore, candidates must have valid authorization to work in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of implementing process and test governance, with excellent understanding of how to engage with other areas of the business and the nuances of change.
You will be working closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure effective governance as they roll off key projects and into Business As Usual (BAU).
Key Responsibilities
* Create QA governance frameworks for quality control and transparency
* Establish and manage engagement activity with internal and external stakeholders
* Serve as the key point of contact for all stakeholder queries concerning the Test & QA Centre of Excellence
* Report progress against Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and forecast quality trends
* Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external management teams
Essential Skillsets
* Establishing robust enterprise-wide test and QA governance frameworks in a regulated environment
* Managing resource demand, capacity, and utilization in a transformational environment
* Technology risk management and control
* Compliance and audit processes and activity
* Working with senior internal and external stakeholders
Interview Process
This is a 2-stage interview: first stage over video or phone call and second stage in person.
Compensation Package
£80,000 per annum + Competitive benefits package
