We are seeking an Interim Recruiter to join our team and implement a proactive approach to talent acquisition at a leading children's charity.
Main responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager and Diversity and Inclusion team to enhance inclusion best practice in recruitment.
* Manage the end-to-end inclusive recruitment process, policies and Applicant Tracking System.
* Advise and coach recruiting managers on inclusive recruitment practices.
* Talent map and attract passive applicants using various candidate databases.
* Develop talent pools by researching and engaging with diverse candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms.
* Deliver training on best practice inclusive recruitment with the Resourcing Manager.
* Liaise with People Assistants to review job advertising and marketing materials.
* Support the design and delivery of recruitment data and analytics.
As an experienced recruiter, you will work closely with the Resourcing Manager to strengthen the organisation's inclusive recruitment practice.
With your expertise, you will help us develop a successful recruitment strategy that attracts a diverse range of candidates.
