Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Prepare financial reports and statements
* Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the team
Qualifications and Skills:
* A qualification from a recognised accountancy body (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, AAT) is preferred
* Professionalism is a key requirement for this role
* Honesty and integrity in handling financial information and transactions
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
* Ability to add value by identifying and implementing process improvements
* Knowledge of the finance industry and understanding of the current business environment
