Job Overview:
As a Cleaning Operative specialising in Public Houses (pubs), you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene standards of various branded Public Houses (pubs) environments. This role involves a mix of routine and deep cleaning tasks, maintaining public areas, toilets, and other designated areas to the highest standards. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities without supervision.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
10. To report for work in correct uniform, non-slippery shoes and ready to start work on time.
11. Arrive punctually and adhere to the designated early morning schedule.
12. To use company clocking in/out system when starting and finishing work and taking breaks.
13. Perform assigned tasks and duties independently with no supervision.
14. Clean and sanitise toilets, bar areas, and public spaces.
15. Handle and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the early morning shift.
16. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and efficiently by the end of the shift.
17. Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and efficiently.
18. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
19. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
20. Work collaboratively with client staff to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
21. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request orders when necessary.

Experience
22. Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality.
23. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
